JJ's body language has me concerned. He doesnt look like a guy "into" being here. I dont have a good feeling about him. I just dont think he'll be here long enough to make an impact.
That's the body language of someone in terrible physical condition. It will take him at least a month to get back into "football shape". JJ will be just fine.

I don't like the idea of PF out on the practice field every day. I REALLY don't like him coaching the line or even appearing to do so Eventually it will cause friction with CJP.
He is not making head coach decisions and Fulmer helping some of the o-line is nothing but a plus. No matter what anyone thinks of the second half of his coaching career, the man has decades of experience that can do nothing but help.
For us all to complain about the blocking being so bad, I am struggling how anyone thinks someone with his knowledge of that position giving some tips is a bad thing. This will do nothing but help

I'm not the biggest Fulmer fan, but this is perfect for him at this stage in his life. Players have always loved Fulmer and he was one of the best OL coaches around. I only see positives from this and I think the OL players will really benefit. Pruitt is not worried about Fulmer taking his job. That ship sailed long ago.

My current boss had my job before me and there are times that I find myself scratching my head to get better and need some guidance. I always go to her, because I trust that she may see something I don’t see to help. This may be the case hopefully. Sometimes, you need someone else’s perspective outside of the job that has been there to get a clearer picture.

Is he allowed to actually coach? The ncaa limits the number of coaches and I assume we are maxed out already.

Excellent post. Pride happens before the fall. I always want the best team. I can always find another way to add value. I get concerned when I see leadership that is afraid of stronger players. Remember A players want to play with other A players. B players want C players so they can dominate.

It's a tough call for Phil: Push meaningless paperwork that his staff can do for him or be part of something special out on the practice field and follow his life's passion!
