This issue has always confused me a bit. While I suppose it is at least theoretically possible that law enforcement could, in the most extreme circumstances (and I mean EXTREMELY RARELY), need high capacity magazines, what is the need for a private citizen to have access to a magazine that holds more than say, 15 rounds?
Is it online? Retail store?
If we're going to issue advanced infantry weapons to local PDs the officers are going to have to spend less time at Krispy Kreme and more time on training fields.
That's a joke, I have utmost respect for police officers. But seriously they're going to need intensive training and it won't be cheap. Their safety as well as the publics safety will be on the line.
