troubling issue in the Pac-12.

After this season she put out the 50 resumes. the bottom line is a lot of schools will hire a white coach before the hire a black coach. As she said she was fired before and all of the coaches that took a power conference also was fired before and she was better then all of the other coaches that get was hired over her.

Yea I’m sure a lot of schools would just rather lose than hire a minority. Lol please. The card is played out.

Are you a relative of the black coach you have been parading about so prominently?

you said they don't make sense.

I offered a really quick explanation as to why they don't make sense. they are different things. apples and oranges.

I wasn't lambasting you. if you can't tell the difference in pointing out a fact, and an attack you are just being defensive. probably because it breaks down your argument and you don't have an actual rebuttal to the point.

The rebuttal is so easy it's not worth saying that coaching is not playing, but almost all coaches were players.

She will be an NBA coach in the next 2 years, she's trying to break through and prove her self worth. She hasn't been treated unfairly, she's held a job with the spurs for 5 years.

Pop said recently Hammon would have already been a HC if she was a man. There have been a ton of coach openings in the NBA and I am not sure she's been given an interview.

The gender pay gap has been proven time and again to be an earnings gap rather than a wage gap. There is a big difference between the reality behind its existence and the political narrative for which it's typically used.

I have been a compensation analyst. The gender pay gap is very real.

She interviewed for the Bucks job and she's the leader in the clubhouse for the Lakers job. Guess we will find out real quick, won't we?

Look up some facts, laughing boy, and then get back to me. The fact that you laugh about gender pay gaps shows your ignorance. Go to the SHRM website and see what the professional HR people have to say about it.

It’s bs. Way too many instances where unqualified women and minorities are GIVEN jobs making equal pay but can’t perform equal work. There are also countless instances where more qualified people don’t always get the job or pay they deserve. Go find another one.

Who told you this?

Of course it’s real, but it isn’t some corporate conspiracy against women. There are legitimate, tangible reasons it exists, and discrimination is way down the list.

You are absolutely right. Lower pay can get perpetuated from job to job or position to position and that does not necessarily mean discrimination.

In what industry do you work?

The industry that sees that everyone isn’t hired based simply on their qualifications. If a company has 20 positions open and 100 people of both genders and various races apply yet the 20 most qualified are all white males do you believe they all get hired?

She wants to be a coach, not a GM. Is that so hard to understand?
It was a sarcastic comment. Again, she is the front runner for the Lakers job. I'm a firm believer if someone thought she could coach she would be doing so by now, regardless of her gender. The Lakers are feeling pressured to hire her and I'm of the opinion that this is going to end in epic failure. I think Pop is fos, I think that him and Lebron are 2 of the biggest fakes in pro sports today.
