Name 50 jobs that were open that was better than buffalo..... why would she tell her current employer that she is trying to escape by all means necessary..... Nell Fortner wouldn’t have been my choice but she has been a successful coach in the past and all it takes is one AD to become enamored with her.

Why not she belong on the same stage as KJH and Nell Fortner you think ? Marquette ? And don`t tell me Nell Fortner is a better coach then Felisha Legette-Jack not buying it.

I agree ! it is what it is and some don`t like to hear the truth.
So should it be upsetting that 90% of the starters in SEC are black while only 20% of the student population in the sec is ? Aren’t we happy w the best players regardless of color? Why can’t we do that in coaching ? Does it go only one way ?

I love how you picked that post out of everything to call out. It was a MAGAturd that brought politics into the thread first. Call him out.

You know Conservatives lose an argument when they start making general statements or talking about “both sides”. They’d rather die than all our one of their own.

And yes, if you listen to Rush Limbaugh, you’re an ignorant fool. Whoever took offense to that statement can take the “broad brush” and choke on it.

This thread has actually been useful in that it’s given me more clarity in who’s just annoying and who’s actually dumb and not worthy of my time in reading their posts. If that’s tribalism, oh well. I don’t give my time to fools.

I called both out.... the birth certificate issue is as dumb as the tax returns issue..... I’m an independent and choose to think for myself instead of this idiotic fighting.

And yet you want everyone to be inclusive and tolerant to your opinion only. Anyone who doesn't agree with you will be ridiculed, called a bigot and a racist. Yes, the broad brush statement was accurate but you dont want to go down that road because it would cause you to put your fake rage aside and use critical thinking skills. Just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't make them or you a bad person and it also doesn't call for fake rage. I'll bet you're a great person and you can be a lot better if you stop judging because of difference in opinion.

No one ever questions racial quotas when blacks far outnumber whites in a team or league player makeup. Soooooo sick of race being constantly brought up in every fricken aspect of our society. Unfortunately it will never end.
I have mixed emotions about your post. On the one hand, the racial divide in this country is a tool used by those to keep us a divided and conquered nation. On the other hand, I dont think you have a proper level of respect or understanding about some of the lingering effects of this country's past.

In my mind, however, there are other issues that black people need to be worried about outside of lack minority coaches. First world problems...

If you are good at what you do, you will move up in Modern America. Race truly does not matter when it comes to money. Companies don't want to lose it.

Pretty sure she was saying she put out 50 resumes after she was fired but before Buffalo.

I love the truth. But, stats are stats. Not truth.

If you have an documented and verifiable example where a "best" candidate was rejected based on their "color", THEN bring it. Otherwise, you have stats and not truth.

The two should never be confused.

I'll always remember my first day in class of Econ. Statistics .....Professor said "there are liars and there are statistions"...you must decide the difference
