troubling issue in the Pac-12.

Look up some facts, laughing boy, and then get back to me. The fact that you laugh about gender pay gaps shows your ignorance. Go to the SHRM website and see what the professional HR people have to say about it.
Of course that's the professional HR people say it's a problem. That's like saying "it's a great time to buy a house - ask any real estate agent."

The rebuttal is so easy it's not worth saying that coaching is not playing, but almost all coaches were players.
how many were great players or starters in the NBA? even with the recent trend that number is pretty small.

seems like most coaches were at best decent players who couldn't make it. and when they couldn't develop their physical skills any more to be competitive they had to turn to the mental side of it, coaching.

It is real. In my field females and minorities are not only getting the jobs ahead of white males they are being paid more and promoted quicker.

What is the issue within this thread? I didn't read any of it, seemed like a mod push from the LadyVols forum to us from name alone.
Black people don't have enough opportunity to earn the $$ in professional sports and the benefits in NCAA sports.
