'26 Transfer QB options

Did Joey play defense? Special teams? Call plays? Play OL? RB? TE? WR? If the answer is yes, then saying 8-5 is legit. If the answer is no, then stop bringing up the TEAMS record when talking about our QB.

Since I’ve even clear I’m talking 12 games, I’m not docking that 5th loss at all on anyone. It meant nothing.

But 2 of our losses (Bama and Oklahoma) can’t be blamed on the defense at any point.

Offense spotted Bama 10 point swing (Pick 6, Safety, failed 2 pointer) and spotted Oklahoma 7 with 2 interceptions.

I will give anyone legitimacy for saying defense played contributing factor majorly in Georgia and Vandy losses.

once again, you keep invoking 8 game averages when the convo is 12 game averages. Not sure why you can’t stay on point.
You can chop those games up into any sections you want and Joey is still statistically better. Idk why you keep going on about it when I keep giving you both sets anyway.

You’re the one (and only one) trying to cherry pick, sorry I mean “chopping”, in order to refute the 12 game averages. If you have to cherry pick, just say that.

If I really wanted to cherry pick, I could cite Joey’s 13th game to give him a boost touchdowns and lower INT per game, but it would also lower his yards per game metric.

But it would also be asinine to include his 13th game because it wouldn’t be equal comparison as Milton opted out of playing in the bowl. 12 games vs 12 games is very even.

So many emotional types here.

I quite literally gave both sets of stats, on a per game basis. Factoring in Joey's not as good game. Nothing omitted. You're arguing with a wall.

Once again, I'm fine. Why do you keep mentioning emotions???

You assume he has a choice. There's a lot of money invested in two young QBs in that room. Boosters might be wanting to see some sort of ROI. They didn't pay for a guy(s) to sit for 2-3 years.
They pay to see a winning football team, not to see certain players play.

2026 QB transfer options thread has turned into who was better, a QB that played 2 years ago or 1 that played this past season.
Good work, very informative!!! Insider status confirmed

I just dont know who we're getting if its not JA or Ty. It seems likely Ty is going pro. This year's QB class is not good. JA has to be getting another year, at least we better hope.

At this point, I would rather have Mac than JA. JA did not win a single game
against a winning team, and he had a lot to do with that. He regressed as the season went on.

Lol. The defense is the sole reason for not winning the bigger games. Sorry but nice try.

Not a qbs fault when his offense gets 3-4 possessions in a half as the whole sideline gets deflated as they watch their defense give up 7-8 minute drives for tds possession after possession and game after game.

12 Game Averages:

Aguilar - 295 YPG / 27 Touchdowns
Milton - 259 YPG / 27 Touchdowns

That is virtually the same production when Aguilar had double the turnovers....

Once again, you are trying to make this a passing production only comparison from the QB position, which is something I never made it exclusively. I've had the same position all the way back in November. When it comes to production per game from the QB position, it's virtually the same season.

As it stands, Aguilar and Milton virtually had the same production per game with Aguilar having slightly more yards per game and Milton having less turnovers.

This isn't controversial or "revisionist history"
This is

You don't understand reality or football at all. Holy crap dude 😂
