If you're hungry for a hunk of fat and juicy meatNever seen it actually
Yeah the other way of just increasing the debt year after year was working so well.Congratulations to your parents. Everyone's situation is different. My parents are retired and own their homes. That doesn't mean I want others to suffer because they may have made a bad decision. Do you people listen to the **** yall spew?
Vastly underrated post ^^^^^^^^^Seeing progressive hand-wringing about the stock market is hilarious to me. They told me it was just some playground for the 1% that isn't connected to the "real economy" at all, and just because it is doing well (or poorly) doesn't mean that the economy is doing well (or poorly).
You continue to miss the point. Using the increase in new home prices isn't a good use or a win for the left. Those who are building new homes will find the extra 10k whether it be thru financing or cash in the bank (likely the latter). Tariffs are stupid and nothing but a tax and I don't see manufacturing returning to the US in drives. With that said, I'm not the least bit worried about those who need to spend an extra 10k on a new home.Gimme a fkn break. I know plenty of people who don't have cable/streaming because $70/month is too much. An extra $10k = $65/month over 30 years. There are people that think that money matters believe it or not.
Trump deported an Illegal Alien to El Salvador, and the Left is melting over it.That’s rich coming from him. Imagine the reaction if the Trump administration did some of the same things that happened during the Obama administration. I guess Barack forgot what happened to journalists under his watch. Hacking the Associated Press, bugging Sharyl Attkisson’s computer, labeling James Rosen an unindicted co-conspirator just for doing his job, and issuing subpoenas to countless other reporters to force them to reveal their sources and testify in criminal cases. His administration prosecuted nine cases involving whistleblowers and leakers, compared to just three by all other previous administrations combined.
Well I turned 70 in January and not ready to hand the business over to Sonny just yet. But more than 80% of the products we sell are manufactured in the EU, so we are facing some headwinds. Fortunately our financial position and market positioning is pretty solid, so I ain’t skeered.I doubt anyone in this thread is closer to retirement than I am.
I ain't worried.
