It would seem Minnesota is trying to compromise. May have already been posted but the MN attorney general is now going to allow MN jails to notify federal agents when an illegal is about to be released from jail. Then ICE can simply pick them up.

If ICE’s main emphasis is to round up illegal felons ( and not just random traffic stops and hassling and killing citizens), I would think that would alleviate a number of problems in Minneapolis.

Following and recording LEOs is a protected 1st amendment activity. That's why the exception states that constitutionally protected activities do not constitute criminal behavior under the statute.

Following the same LEO and observing them in public and recording them, does not limit one's ability to exercise your first amendment right to do so.

Again, which is why the exception in the Minnesota statute states that constitutionally protected activities, are not criminalized by the statute.

Im still looking for case as most cases involving Leo' etc..espxeially for stalking and fixing get sealed. But I can point to a similar case in NY where they follows the agents home. Of the PA shooter.

It crosses the line to stalking when it the same agent followed..I've stated that several times...but you either refuse to read or are unable to cl.orwhend the difference between protesting and stalking. By your logic they can follow them and record them anywhere because they are Leo's.

Ok so what if happening here is you are stretching people using technology to coordinate following fed agents which isn’t illegal into interfering with them executing their duties. You’re even using histrionics words like “stalking”. And the only ones buying it are the ones who buy into this false stuff anyway because it conforms to their own political view.

When they follow them to their hotels and threaten reporters who aren’t even ICE, that’s a problem.

Wtf are you babbling about...I have the PA example...that agent was shot because the agent was being stalked...by your logic that that person was just doing their 1a right till they pulled the trigger..we won't agree thanks for the talk

The bottom line is they’re wasting time energy and good will protesting the wrong people. I’ve is doing a job. Protesting against law enforcement enforcing the law is going to change absolutely nothing.

Now if they want to follow around law makers and protest those guys to change the laws then they might actually change things. The irony of this is the people who could actually fix things and should be protested are the people encouraging the protestors to go after ice.


But if they fix this problem they won’t have this issue to distract from the money stolen from taxpayers
