Surely @BeardedVol wouldn’t do that. Heck he posted that ICE works for the DOJ when they actually work for DHSThis actually has false information in it
Sucks for people from MN...the entire state is solid red except for the hellhole that is Minneapolis. The vast majority of that state is inhabited by beer drinking hunters and fishermen who have snowmobiles instead of dirtbikes...and in some cases instead of a car. My dad lived in Mankato for a couple years when he got out of the service and it was really nice. Just ridiculously cold.Doesn’t matter the burden is on you to vote to change a MN law![]()
I used to say that communities get the politicians they deserve, until I saw all the evidence for Dem voter fraud. Now I think the politicians need to get what they deserve.Sucks for people from MN...the entire state is solid red except for the hellhole that is Minneapolis. I already cited it...and as usual your choosing to focus on the only part that supports your weak argument.....I quote the statue and it clear states the action is harassment and qualified for stalking when it happens 2 or more times in 5 years..meaning if they followed all days long and got out at several location to film that is stalking per their statutes...
And you ignored the other aspects and misinterpreted what you read...you can't follow a person and harass them...that's stalking..doesn't matter if they are an ice agent...by your logic you can follow them always which is why the law was written the way it is...you protest in an area...when you start following the SAME PERSON OR AGENT you cross the line to stalking the individual...because at that point you impeding on their right to privacy even at work..Except you didn't read the exception which specifically says that acts covered by state or federal constitution are not criminal under the statute, which following around LEOs and recording them ins protected under the 1st amendment.
Hell, I even highlighted for you.
Just curious has anyone been arrested for “stalking” law enforcement? And you ignored the other aspects and misinterpreted what you read...you can't follow a person and harass them...that's stalking..doesn't matter if they are an ice agent...by your logic you can follow them always which is why the law was written the way it is...you protest in an area...when you start following the SAME PERSON OR AGENT you cross the line to stalking the individual...because at that point you impeding on their right to privacy even at work..
The shooter in PA who later ambushed police officers was being actively sought on stalking and related charges before the deadly encounter.Just curious has anyone been arrested for “stalking” law enforcement?
So we’re talking about MN protesters here and an MN statute. And “stalking and related charges”? That sounds an awful lot like a no here too?The shooter in PA who later ambushed police officers was being actively sought on stalking and related charges before the deadly encounter.
Authorities had charged or were seeking charges for stalking, trespassing, and prowling related to his earlier behavior before police attempted an arrest.
