Too much ice

Ah, by “get rid of illegals” you must mean “murder Americans”. I see your angle.
You probably should have been this triggered before you were told to be upset now. We lost Americans to illegals prior to the last two weeks. So yes, you see my angle now. It really wasn’t hard to decipher. But here you are, 5 years later.

I suspect, during the wrestling/resisting, an agent saw the gun and yelled "Gun!", another agent, having heard that, saw him make a movement toward his waistband and fired, and then other agents shot at the sound.

So at best everyone that pulled their trigger should be fired and subject to a civil suit.

It should go to a grand jury.

Apparently it's a common misconception that ice agents have some sort of blanket immunity. They do not. In this instance the perpetrator may be extradited and be prosecuted from whatever state he is in back to Minnesota depending on a grand jury decision.

If he were smart, he'd already have caught a plane to a non extradition country. But I'm going with he's a big MAGA fan so, no, he ain't too bright and likely will face the music.

It's gonna be ugly.
Yeah I have a feeling that trigger happy killer is going to become quite well known and soon. Somebody is getting thrown under the bus. Those agents sooner and Bovino and Noem later.

What happened prior? That’s what I want to know. Doubt they’re singling these two out without cause
He was directing traffic, helpful, not sure what she was doing but maybe did yell something offensive. Iceman bull charged from several feet away to slam her down. Iceman Intent was to cause injury. An ICU nurse, Pretty, instinctly moved to help her and prevent further injury. For those actions he was murdered.

LOL. Thanks for proving my point. One is justified because they are on the opposite side. One was armed with a 4000# SUV and accelerated toward a policeman. The other was a 140# at best female that posed minimum risk to the cop that shot her. Again, you are a hypocrite. You think Good was justified in breaking the law because she is on your side.
You're insane. Take a step back and observe what you just did............lol

I say they are not exactly equal, that Good's killing was more of a murder than was Babbitt's.

You claim that I am biased because I see differences......and then you go off on a rant listing the difference that your "unbiased????" eyes observe.....even after you claimed they were equally responsible for their own demise.

How about a little consistency............good grief.....you're tying yourself in knots trying to prove I am biased,

There were numerous differences in the two killings....there's nothing biased about stating an obvious truth.

But there is often bias when attempting to deny an obvious truth.

Dude was not legally armed if he went there to try to help obstruct federal law enforcement from doing their job. That doesn't mean it was a legal shooting. I hope this goes to a grand jury.

Even if he were carrying legally, it is absolutely idiotic to start fighting with law enforcement when you're armed. It's a recipe for getting shot. All you need is for one agent to yell "Gun!", and all hell can break loose. I suspect that's what happened here.
Your entire argument goes out the window when you consider the fact he didn’t start ****. Getting jumped is not starting a fight

I just really hope there is some change soon! Hopefully having Homan there helps.

With the BS from both sides I just don't know and hope doesn't get worse!

Acting like he was there to create havoc doesn't add up... Comparing ICE to Anne Frank and Nazi Germany doesn't either.

Too many emotions involved and too much BS rhetoric from both sides!

As a logical person you have to understand what COULD happen if you insert yourself into these situations. Is a pressure cooker!

Doesnt justify anything, just thinking out loud.

Folks that went on Jan 6th should have thought about that and folks challenging ICE should as well.

I've watched several, yes. Including what led up to it. He went armed. He had every right to do so. It was stupid. If he indeed went there to participate in impeding federal law enforcement, he took a gun to commit a felony. Bad mojo.

I saw in multiple videos where he actively put his hands on a federal agent, while he was armed. That is absolutely idiotic. All it takes is to fight with one or more law enforcement and them see that you have a gun, and all hell breaks loose.

AGAINI! That does not make this a legal shooting; I pray it goes to a grand jury.

But the guy made so many bad decisions.

If you've actually watched them, then you know that no one yelled "gun" and spooked this supposed 8-year border patrol veteran into drawing his weapon and shooting a man in the back, after he watched him be disarmed.

ICE escalated the engagement with him and the woman that he was trying to help up after the pushed her to the ground.

He engaged the agent when the agent pushed a lady down. We don’t have to like the law but that’s a felony. Then he got pushed down and………

None of that changes that he should have been arrested instead of being shot in the back unarmed

Did you notice the ice hole putting hands on the woman on the ground? Putting hands on in a very submissive manner, don't try to make it sound like he was punching the icehole

Why was the good killing more murder?

I didn’t say they’re poorly trained. I said if carrying a firearm around a LEO is a poor decision than that’s an indictment on them not me. If a cop is uncomfortable because someone has a gun maybe they chose the wrong career

That didn’t answer my question. If being around law enforcement and being at a hostile protest are both bad times to carry, when is the correct time?

Then, by this philosophy, anyone should be able to carry at any and all events. Even in cases where LEO are protecting a high value asset, political figure, etc. I have my 2A right and they can’t deny my rights, regardless of my interactions with them and regardless of consequences.

Simple answer to you question. Before you carry, evaluate the situation before you do. He went to one of the most chaotic flash points in the US right now, carrying a firearm and confronting LEO, where there are hundreds of armed Feds whose anxiety is probably spiked.

Dumb move on Pretti’s part.
