Too much ice

The most secret of police. They can murder an ICU nurse in broad daylight, and the "free" people of the United States of America don't get to know who it was.

Apparently it's a common misconception that ice agents have some sort of blanket immunity. They do not. In this instance the perpetrator may be extradited and be prosecuted from whatever state he is in back to Minnesota depending on a grand jury decision.

If he were smart, he'd already have caught a plane to a non extradition country. But I'm going with he's a big MAGA fan so, no, he ain't too bright and likely will face the music.

It's gonna be ugly.

He starts out with bad info from the beginning. It's a petty misdemeanor that's dropped if you can prove you had a permit at the time. It's like a fix it ticket for a car. Are you taught to kill or to end the threat? That class he mentioned teaches one of those

But given his take on the shooting I have no doubt it's someone that Trump would have in the room.

He had me with the staunch 2A protestation right up to about 15 seconds in when he went all “well sure you gotta have your permit…” then I turned it off.

There is zero evidence he brandished or even went for his weapon. So arrest him on a weapons charge don’t execute him FFS.
You should of listened to it all then why more to it then the 15 seconds you listened to

He was still spot on

No he didn’t he said he wasn’t carrying legally which is a fact if he didn’t have his ID and permit. The fact you can fix it later by providing those 2 things is good.

Considering how popular anti-police rhetoric is (brought to you by BHO / Biden administration), I can understand why LEO's may be nervous and concerned when a civilian approaches officers with a firearm that's visible and / or open carried. One's body language, interaction and communication with officers goes a long way. In no way is that an indicator on LEO's you deem poorly trained.

If you carry at protests, try not to get involved with LEO. If you do, that needs to be first words from your mouth while you present yourself in a non-threatening manner. Simply complying can go a long way.
From what I hear, this was not a protest. It was federal agents in the field to apprehend a suspect, and the crowd was there to frustrate and interfere with them doing so. That's a felony. If all of that is true, the man brought a firearm with intent to commit a felony, which is another felony. He then put his hands on a federal agent, which is another felony. All while armed. Which is another felony.

That doesn't mean that the shooting was a legal shooting, but the guy was an idiot who'd apparently been stacking felonies all day.

Nah I’m good. I am completely over using a carry technicality that would have resulted in a minor fine as some reasoning on why this was somehow the victim’s fault. He was solidly on that path. <click>. If he pulled it off I’ll never know.

I’ve told some good friends the same thing in private convos. Stop using a carry technicality as sole reason to justify an obviously bad shoot. Had he actually drawn the weapon nobody was gonna go “hang on. You got a permit for that?” It’s moronic to even suggest it as far as I’m concerned

On second thought the guy that shot him based on his demonstrated decision making skills might have actually asked for a permit if he drew on him.
