Too much ice

Let’s all revisit the authority of the agency that has now unjustifiably killed two US citizens. ICE operates from civil authority. Their orders and warrants come from executive branch judges and have no criminal code authority behind them

So basically they’ve now killed two and wounded a third US citizens for the same level of authority behind a court summons or getting served divorce papers.

Never heard anyone refer to 5k people as a huge population but alright.
5,000 criminals anywhere is a big population, however there is estimated to be at least twice as many that are involved in the fraud as well...

But again, ICE is doing this in every single state so Minnesota is no different except for certain people trying to protect their power and cover up crimes as well

He was already disarmed when ICE executed him, so it was a moot point that he had a holstered firearm on his him to begin with.

Again. Legal right to carry the weapon doesn't excuse poor judgement. Considering what's been taking place at these protests, the victim had to have known at some point while holstering his weapon that morning that "maybe this isn't the right time to be carrying this firearm".

Judging by the video provided, the shooting wasn't justified at all, but this guy didn't help his situation at all.

His judgment was poor. However, our concern shouldn't be his judgment. It should be the judgement of government agents killing people. That's the real issue. Discussing him legally exercising his rights is not the issue

ICE still has a long way to go to catch up to the ATF and neither is within striking distance of the FBI numbers.

This point is dumb

In her defense? What does that even look like?
They protested (demanded) changes to the UGA campus security system....and got them.
They showed up in mass at her campus memorial.
Hmmm, ok. Which democrat/progressive organization was involved with that? The article you linked certainly didn't say.
There was never a question from ANYONE over who was the villain and who was the victim. EVER
Your own article refutes that.
“The main thing that we came here to unite around is to reject the narrative … that this is an issue of immigration,” Trey Holloway, a UGA student organizer with SFS* at the time, said.

You may want to avoid going outside… 1 in 3 adults in the US have a criminal record

It’s time for the party of small government to back up the strutting. ICE needs to go today they simply are not competent. Not CBP just ICE. ATF is on deck to have their actual usefulness examined. And DEA is on order to collect their bona fides on why they should exist

What you highlighted in no way says there was any confusion or debate over who was the villain and who was the victim.

The debate was over turning her murder into an issue of immigration.

Wait, so now we need to think about making the authorities comfortable when deciding to carry our firearm? Are we yet again victim blaming of a lawfully carrying gun owner?

If we get a president to campaign on abolishing the ATF I’ll vote for them

Please. It's called being responsible with a firearm. Period.

Stop with your BS projections towards me. I've stated the shooting was unjustified and the officer screwed up.

Because I believe the shooting was unjustified, but may have been prevented had the victim left the weapon at home, while protesting at an ICE location?
It's the governments job to not infringe on any of his rights. I wouldn't of carried a gun. But 1000000% of the attention should be on the government.
