Too much ice

Bunch of useful idiots on both sides in here arguing about the distraction. Just the way the politicians like it.
Not sure if I’m misunderstanding you but government paramilitary or even wannabemilitary agents shooting people on the street and pushing their way into houses is worth discussing, IMO.

If you line up all 3 angles the man on the ground was disarmed by the time the first shot rang out. So unless he was able to grab an officers gun it wasn’t him. But it looked to me like he was protecting his head from being hit

Whoever fired shots should 100% be in jail. Looked like it was at least 2 of them
The first shot is the key...who shot it and how....everything legally or civilly derives from that moment.

The officers seemed very shocked and taken aback by the shot and responded. There isn't enough detail on the videos to see what happened up close.

I still stick that either the officer kneeling over him if he had his weapon out and was the actual first shot, either he had his finger on the trigger and had a sympathetic response because his other hand was fighting suspect (a BIG NO-NO) or the suspect grabbed the officer's gun and it went off.

There is no training where one shot is fired out of no where without immediate follow-up shots (like the Good shooting)

I am curious to see that ballistic evidence which should tell the story and if it's good shoot on or not

People have been accusing the admin of trying to spark insurrection....

If the admin lets these guys escape consequences, what else can you conclude?
People need to remove their blinders and realize we already went through basically the same BS with the “other side.”
We are all being played and the sooner people realize this, the sooner we can stop treating politicians like kings and start holding them accountable as the elected officials they are.

Watching the first video released it was a split second before I believe
FINALLY something we agree on.

And no Ricky I don’t believe you are in the KKK as I said I was just being inflammatory on purpose. Sorta an incredulous reply in kind. No… you didn’t accuse be of being in anything I just escalated to get a rise.

Reminds me of the Bill Hicks on Rodney King bit. "Your honour, if you play the tape in reverse, we helped him up"

I know what you were doing dork. I wasn't upset lol.

And I don't disagree with some of your points...my point is as a former LEO investigator, I need actual evidence...I make my decisions on what is legal or even moral based on ALL the evidence.

If there are eyewitness accounts, who is it? how many? any corroborating evidence? video evidence? SHOW ME all of it... ballistics, criminal history, officer training, intoxication of parties? what led up to each incident?

ALL of it matters.

That's why i ask for video of the other incident, bc it's easier to make actual determination of legality vs officer wrongdoing..

This 3rd video from the other side makes it much more clearer it's either a completely bad shoot OR the suspect grabbed the officers gun while fighting and it went off...

the investigation will hinge on what the officers saw and believed up close, who shot first, and is the suspect's DNA on the officer's gun

Agree up until the last paragraph. I think this one is all video evidence and I don’t officer mindset will apply. It hinges on the still of the victim’s weapon in the ICE agent’s hand if that is deemed to have occurred before the first shot rang out it’s a bad shoot. And I see no way any ICE agent can make a convincing argument they thought they were imminent danger.

This goes with the pic

@Rickyvol77 thus is where I’m coming from. The only questions I have for the agents are who discharged your firearms. Turn them over for ballistics matching.

And no appvol the video doesn’t support the tweet content.

ETA : skilled training …. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
