There’s a lot going on there.
It looks like ICE shoved down the person in the orange backpack then shoved the guy who got shot on top of the backpack. Then the guy who got shot goes after the backpack and Ice started separating them/ protecting the backpack person. Early in the video the backpack is standing around ICE officers and doesn’t appear to have issues interacting with them. And I still can’t tell who drew and fired first.

Odd.

I wonder if the firearm was not on the guy but in the backpack upon further look, when you see the suspect's coat, it's not the kind easily unbuttoned to see a firearm in his beltline for example. and after he's taken to the ground the coat is still buttoned...I don't know, curious to read the full report

isn't it kinda weird how ICE agents are so active in Minnesota and soon to be Maine anyway? How many "illegals" are actually there? Wouldn't it make more sense for them to be in other states that have higher amounts? I bet those states happened to be red though. I get it now.

Difference is that most normal jursidictions around the country contact ICE and let them deport the criminals from their jails...

I suspect an ICE agent pulled his gun, saw a gun in the waistband, panicked and reflex-fired. Likely a bad shooting, and that's the LAST thing we need right now. It'd only get worse if the Feds circled wagons and try to make it look better if there's no clear-cut "looks better" to be had.

If you line up all 3 angles the man on the ground was disarmed by the time the first shot rang out. So unless he was able to grab an officers gun it wasn’t him. But it looked to me like he was protecting his head from being hit
