Too much ice

His gun was already pulled off of him when the shot was fired
It's hard to tell who fired that first shot, but when it was fired all the officers jumped back in surprise...only a few possibilities

1) suspect had a firearm and got a shot off
2) officer accidentally shot first and spooked the other officers into shooting
3) suspect grabbed an officers firearm and it went off
4) suspect and officer struggling over a firearm and it went off

Only one of those is bad for ICE legally

There is no other logical explanations. I suspect we will know more soon

These fed clowns are going around using civil authority, not criminal, to arrest and force entry into homes too. That’s patently ridiculous. And in one of the hot cases being discussed they got the wrong!

Local and state indeed have more interactions and need to answer for any unwarranted aggression on the people. But they aren’t acting in these ICE civil warrants they have no authority to do so
They just run over the 4th with incorrect “probable cause “ that SCOTUS has already defined clearly for them at a pace of 100-1 daily compared to ICE.
This is simply escalation of awareness. But it’s a long way from the greater problem

Do we know if LE shot this guy? Could he have shot himself while wrestling for his gun? I can’t see any agents with guns drawn in the only video I have seen.

Anybody have a clearer view?

I simply can’t tell who fired the weapon.

People don't usually shoot themselves a half dozen times...

Can't imagine how people will defend this tbh

Correct me if I have any of this wrong...he's the guy at the beginning trying to shepherd traffic thru while he documents everything, right? Then they pepper spray him for no reason. Then take his gun. Then shoot him like 10x, 7 vs. 1.

Just get in the cuck chair, to anyone wanting to defend this.

There it is! Never saw an overzealous arrest you didn’t like! 🤣🤡

Wow… how is that not straight up murder. That’s a really bad look and that video will be a catalyst that gets more people killed.
That's a REALLY bad look. Short of any evidence that there was a reasonable perception of imminent mortal danger, that looks like murder.

If we know anything about Greg Bovino, it's that he's honest and trustworthy

Are you retarded? I said it's possible ICE is wrong on this, but I also want to see which firearm did what.

If the suspect's DNA is on the officer's gun and it went off during the struggle, that's completely different from an ICE officer accidentally having his hand on a trigger on the first shot.

That first shot is key to his whole incident and it's legality or not.

Move to china. You’d love their totalitarianism

"Defensive shots" is comically dishonest. DHS speculating about how this "looks like" he was going to "massacre" people instead of waiting for more info should tell you it's blatant propaganda

Hey, but misinformation is OK as long as it's not something Huff got fooled by and walked back 7-8 months ago. Never gonna let that go, but the people we trust to serve and protect us can lie and deceive as much as they want. @MemphisVol77 am I right?

Yep. And nobody at this point is probably gonna wait for the Feds to do their own investigation if they lock out local law enforcement again. More people are gonna die due to that video I fear.

They won't say the quiet part out loud. These tactics and outcomes are what they want to happen, as long as it is happening to people they dislike.

Some Americans harp a lot about freedom from government and public overreach, but current events and history prove the old adage true: "rules for thee, but not for me." As long as it is happening to some  other dude, they are happy about it.
