There has to be probable cause for "stop and frisk", and I don't think that demanding ID is part of what they can legally do.
ICE can detain without arresting or charging.

Ignoring the request may not work out so well....but I'm sure it would work out better for some than for others.

The hateful rhetoric from politicians and a complicit media are the problem . Trump almost assassinated twice, Charlie Kirk assassinated, and now law enforcement assaults are through the roof. All for some extra seats at midterms. Cause they got nothing to offer other than hate.

it was the Bannon/Stone/Manafort strategy from day one.

Compromise, unity, civility, and moderation have always been the kryptonite of trumpism.

If another government agent doesn't have the same degree of reason to ask for ID, I would have to consider that. Of course, I don't know what the regulations are for LEO compared to ICE. If an ICE agent had a compelling point that they didn't need suspicion or probable cause, I am likely inclined to show my documents.

If I were detained by a LEO or arrested, in same scenario, I would try to sue the snot out of the department afterwards.

You seem mad he exposed the left. The left has politicians cussing to deflect from fraud and the immigration debacle. Party of decency allowed for kids to be raped and murdered under Joe. Now you’re chirping because of words and Trump cleaning up the mess.
