From what I could read I don't understand the problem with the process and agree that the title conflicts with the premise. Also, IMO it appears that ICE isn't discriminating based on political opinions which is a good thing.

In Miami, probably not. In Knoxville, I’m yet to see a latina on a run.

I think most Americans disagree with the way ice is allowed to operate. It's a huge cost to taxpayers and causes a lot of stress to legal immagrants and native Americans of color.

You're not wrong. The best thing they could have done, and I said this at the time when they started and the cities were kicking back against it, was to stay the hell out of the blue cities. In fact, pass the word that was the best place to be if one was an illegal immigrant.

They said they were going to target criminals and then they added a ton to federal spending and are targeting everybody en masse, whomever they can snatch and question. If they just spent their resources on targeting criminals, things would be totally different.
