On ice, some cars will spin the wheels as soon as you let off the brake, no accelerator needed.

Do the sound waves from the passenger's voice act as a brake? Otherwise, what's that got to do with it? Whether it happened in this case I don't know, but the point is that it's possible.i would love you to try go with the theory that a car being put in drive from a stationary position on ice would automatically spin out without pressing the the gas pedal. Especially when at the same time the driver is being yelled at by her partner to “DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE”
There is no actual logic or critical thinking that could lead a person to believe that below spin out was the car simply being put into drive with zero input on the gas pedal.

I know it happens because I've had it repeatedly happen while driving in an ice storm. Had to use the wheel to steer which way the rear end was moving when I let off the brake. Stressful at first but fun. So yeah I'll go with that theory. But I didn't have a screaming passenger, would that have made a difference?
You said she hit the gas hard enough to spin the wheels. My point is that on ice, some cars spin wheels without the gas being hit. I didn't say that's what happened in this case. She took the car out of reverse and put it into drive while her partner was screaming at her to drive away.
To sit here and try to go with the idea that simply throwing the car into drive caused the wheels to spin with zero input on the gas pedal is pretty nonsensical. Especially considering how quick everything happened.
So yes her partner standing outside the passenger side screaming at her lines up with the timing of the car being shifted into drive.
All you have to do is sync them up. I am genuinely confused why there is a big group of people on both sides who refuse to be objective on the actual sequence of events. This is that complicated.

Held his phone? You are stupid. Do you think that was in his hand or in a pocket designed for this? Lol
@volfanhillIt was definitely in his hand. You can see him holding it in other videos. I think be probably had a lanyard to tether it to his wrist, but that’s pure assumption.
This is a gross comparison and shows you truly are ***** sick. This needs to be deleted. A woman being raped at a bar at 1am is not comparable to this case at all.And if the girl hadn't been at a bar alone at 1 in the morning wearing a cute little outfit, she never would have been raped.
Poor decisions do not justify horrible consequences, even though they often lead to them.
I agree. But that in no way justifies any consequences. Had the arrested the lady....that would have been a justifiable consequence. They could have charged her with multiple things. If that’s the case then one needs to know there will be consequences and repercussions….. whether the severity is justified or not.
Most sensible people realize if they run from the cops there’s an ass whipping waiting on you when you’re caught.
Blocking law enforcement is no different ….
