For the record this is making the rounds on twitter and I do not follow the person tweeting it but this video over 3 minutes long clearly shows she was parked in the middle of the street. Pulling up and parking your car in the middle of the road to block traffic sort of eliminates the peaceful protesting part.

You're using too much club. The most patriotic "don't tread on me" types are fully aware of the possible consequences. The founders pledged their "lives" and "fortunes" in the DOI knowing full well they could lose both. We can argue about how things are handled (we have a forum of people that can go nuts arguing over a play call in a football game ffs) regarding immigration enforcement but there is such a thing as federal purview over immigration and screwing with agents because it makes you feel good and expecting no consequences is epically stupid.

This thread is awash with people that could never be (at least with any honesty) accused of being Trumpers and no shortage of those openly hostile to "MAGA" (one lawyer stands out) that say it was a justifiable shoot under the circumstances in which it occurred. Now that doesn't mean there isn't room for criticism in how certain scenarios were handled between points A and B but only those ideologically captured or seriously short on critical thinking get lost in the grey area.

Maybe you're the new kid. No video shows her driving into Ross. It show ross's feet 12-18 inches away from her car. It show the first bullet hole in windshield coming from the left.

And while we're at it, what was the 2nd and 3rd shots for? Good measure? Or self defense thinking she might reverse to get him with a bullet in her brain.

The second and third shots don’t matter. Those shots have no bearing on the use of force being justified here.

And if you are of the position that there has been zero video of her putting the car in drive from her parked position and accelerating towards Ross, you are hardly objective and are in no way operating in good faith. You have to be the first person here 3 days later after all the video evidence that come out to say she never hit Ross with the car.

That is a take, but yikes. Even Stevie Wonder’s eyes could not lead him to that position.

Video shows he made contact with her auto in order to get a kill shot.
