Too much ice

There is no way any serious person can not understand why that officer thought he was under threat. He has the right to end that threat. Sorry. She's as dumb as Babbitt
There is no way any serious person would believe the office actually believed that shooting the woman was his only (or even his best) avenue to safety.

That's one point you're wrong about. Looking at video from different angles show her car was.pointed away from the killer. It's doubtful her car touched him. The killer stepped in front of the car, jot the other way around. She was trying to leave and was murdered.
Here you go Dick Tracy ...

That's not the standard. And it shouldn't be. Was he justified in feeling like his life was in danger. Obviously yes

Why don't you slow motion when he fired his first shot? Because then it show he was leaning over the hood when he fired his first shot, his 2nd and 3rd shot was thru her window. When her speed increased she was probably already dead. A person fearing harm would have stepped out of the way.

***. You want him to guess intent, know how or if she's going to turn the wheel. Stupid View attachment 805030
Again...
Except where otherwise required by inspections or other operations, Authorized Officers/Agents should avoid standing directly in front of or behind a subject vehicle. Officers/agents should not place themselves in the path of a moving vehicle or use their body to block a vehicle’s path.

Avoidance of Path: Under Department of Justice and DHS guidance, agents are generally taught not to step in front of moving vehicles to block them. Policies mandate that deadly force is only a last resort when no reasonable alternative exists, which explicitly includes stepping out of the vehicle's path.

Deadly Force Standards: DHS policy allows the use of firearms against a vehicle only if the driver poses an imminent threat of death or serious injury that cannot be resolved by moving out of the way.

Whatever...."But he'd just as soon blow you away..."
