Too much ice

Didn't pass this test either....

  1. Deadly force should not be used against persons whose actions are a threat solely to themselves or property unless an individual poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others in close proximity.

She literally hit him with her car. That is “an imminent danger of death”.

Jesus Christ…

So you believe he was in fear for his life and had no other options?
Curious to know if you thought he feared for his life up until the moment the vehicle began to move forward. Not after watching all the videos. Put yourself in his shoes. You’re in front of the vehicle and the vehicle revs up and begins to come at you. Do you really think there is no way at all someone wouldn’t fear for their life?

And what would those points be?

There is no way any reasonable person would conclude that he was in fear for his life without any other options.....such as moving out of the way.
Are you speaking as someone who believes they are a reasonable?

He literally positioned himself in front of her car and could have literally easily moved out of the way.

So you think he got hit with the car intentionally to see how it would feel?

He got hit by a car. A car with two women in it who were berating him. Can’t imagine anyone would be in fear after that

So if there was no gun he would have been killed you say.
No. I'm saying that it is perfectly reasonable for the officer to feel his life was in danger and that she was a threat. And that's all he needs to use lethal force. I have a ton of problems with all of this. I don't have a problem with him firing his gun to kill the threat bc I believe it is reasonable to believe that he felt she was.

Now I don't believe he should have stood in front of her car
I don't think this is how we should be doing any of this regarding ICE
I do think this should go before a grand jury
If I were on that jury I would not vote to indicte
