Examples? And how exactly are you able to approximate that "everyone" was experiencing the same level of dissatisfaction that you were?
Cops are our authority figures? That is downright stupid.
But keep your head down and keep marching.
I never said it was an issue for me although it probably would be now that I have children....I am thoughtful of other people and can see why it would make everyone uncomfortable.......same reason I don't walk around naked on the beach lol
Do you believe in the rule of law? If so, you should respect those who we empower to uphold it. That Would include law enforcement and judges alike. Otherwise i would submit you don't believe in the rule of law.
Your children's sensibilities are so fragile that they can't handle the sight of a person ingesting a beverage that has less than 4% alcohol by volume? Going to be a rough life for such delicate flowers.
As long as police view themselves as authorities over civilians, it will be impossible for them to truly respect citizens. They can be nice and forgiving, but it will always be in a way in which they (the officers) are the ones bestowing us citizens with their graciousness. Rather than them doing the same thing out of reverence or love.
Never been to a professional sporting event? Was your experience "ruined"?
Who is going to be doing the shaming? i like it the way it is and u will probably change ur mind when u have kids
Mine was at a college game this past yr......taken my son to his first UT game....two drunken idiots were right behind us....spilled their damn drinks on us....cussing and carrying on like a couple of dumba$$es....yes it did ruin it for us....if my son wasn't there, I would have been going to jail bc I would have hit him.
