Wow I guess they have found a new way around the 4th. All they have to do is say someone called for help.
Is the homeowner going to file a complaint?
I support the police in better than 90 pe4cent of what i read onhere. If you really think resisting shoild be a felony...and completely at an officers discretion, which it is..i have absolutely no respect for you and you are one of the power hungry wanna be macho got your ass whipped.daily in gym class kind of cops that 99 percent of society d3spises. Hide behind that badge, champ.
Wasn't sure if this deserves a new thread or not but Commissioner Bratton of NYPD wants New York lawmakers to make resisting arrest a felony charge.
Went to a wedding rehearsal dinner last night and the cops broke up the after-party. They claimed a person called in said that someone had cried "help" so they were authorized to look through the whole home, and did....
