I doubt it. He's too happy go lucky. As soon as they left he was saying he should have taken their names and badge #s, but I doubt he would have done anything.

So if the police were to get a call about someone being held against their will, they should wait for an authorization to search?

Is hat all it takes to get a home search? A phone call to 911?

What about a desperate/frantic post on Facebook or Twitter?

Apparently trying to release yourself from the grasp of an officer because you have no idea why you are being apprehended. And I'm sure people have been charged for even less than that.

Didn't find anything. Homeowner did not give them permission to search. 3 of them. They called in the sarge.

Somebody should've said they "thought" they saw the neighbor carrying someone tied up from their trunk into their home.

Went to a wedding rehearsal dinner last night and the cops broke up the after-party. They claimed a person called in said that someone had cried "help" so they were authorized to look through the whole home, and did....

I've had this happen to me as well.

Wasn't at a home but at the farm. The gate was locked and they wanted through the gate. I declined. They then stated one of us called out for help and jumped the gate.
