Monahan said the NYPD would have bike teams and mounted units on horseback throughout the parks, as well as aviation units working to spot "problem areas" (i.e. the Jews in Brooklyn and New Yorkers across the 5 boroughs who rush to gather an impromptu barbecue on a nice day).
If you’re hunting your private property and someone is there that isn’t supposed to be and doesn’t have permission then they could be accidentally shot.A wood chipper would make quick work of these cameras.
It’s a matter of imposing the cost upon the city.So why is there a ruling saying cops don't have to protect anyone but themselves while they ride around in cars that say "to protect and serve"?

My local police slogan is "an honor to serve, a duty to protect"
Did you pay any attention to the Signal Mountain murder cases when they were going on in Chattanooga? If you’re hunting your private property and someone is there that isn’t supposed to be and doesn’t have permission then they could be accidentally shot.
That’s why I hunt specific areas. So nobody gets hurt. It’s crazy to think they could be sneaking around hunting areas unannounced. That’s just stupid.
I know or knew the people involved.Did you pay any attention to the Signal Mountain murder cases when they were going on in Chattanooga?
Yeah there was a lot more to that story than the example you gave, but it was what popped in my head.I know or knew the people involved.
I was once threatened by the murderer while on a 4 wheeler.
So yes I am aware of that psycho.
What I’m saying is, it’s a great fear of mine to accidentally shoot someone while hunting. It’s not good to sneak around private property where people are hunting. Especially if they’re not in orange......which they never are.
As soon as the lady opened the door, the cop said, "Hello, Amy..." So they knew her name. Yet, why the nonsense at the end about needing her name? Plus, they are at her house, so they have ways of getting her name. Which they proved at the very end. F&&kin cops...
Cops Arrest, Release Same Offenders Multiple Times A Day Due To Zero-Bail Policy
This is how bad California's view of law enforcement is...no wonder officers (and others) are leaving the state in droves
They have room for thieves and thugs, the politicians won't let them keep them in jail.Criminals are going to criminal.
Maybe if they took out all of the people in jail for surfing, barbecuing, smoking reefer and speeding they could have room for the thieves and thugs.
again, a HANDFUL of cops...how many of these arrests for violating orders have you seen in Knoxville? The cops don't seem like they mind following orders to enforce beach or outdoor gathering prohibitions.
Honestly, I think it would have happened with the Knoxville City Police had it not caused an initial uproar and the County Sheriff had to speak out against the practice without publicly throwing the city under the bus.again, a HANDFUL of cops...how many of these arrests for violating orders have you seen in Knoxville?
Sometimes, in liberal big cities, they have no choice because their supervisor orders them to. That's why most people choose not to work in law enforcement in those places
Not in KPD or Knox County.. There were reports circulating that someone was doing that, but when it was investigated, it appeared to be "fake" police trying to scam people.Honestly, I think it would have happened with the Knoxville City Police had it not caused an initial uproar and the County Sheriff had to speak out against the practice without publicly throwing the city under the bus.
Someone in law enforcement was pulling people over and questioning where they were heading and trying to determine if they had a “legit” reason to be driving around.
