It’s the ones that go looking for trouble that need a good throttling IMO...I think this video is fair, the smart thing would be to make sure he understands he was banned from their property, and then the retirement center get an order of protection to prevent further harassment by this lunatic kid
banned from their property. The Order of Protection would cover that he would have to stay so many yards away from the facility, whether the sidewalk was there or not. This kid obviously has mental issues or is a sex offender
I agree with the supervisor not the female officer but he was filming inside someone’s personal bedrooms and harassing them. I don’t think the DOC charge was correct but the facility absolutely has the right to ban him from their property and seek an Order of protection for his actions. It’s legal and would stop this stupid behaviorWtf?!?!?
Hold on....I hope you’re not a Leo. Because you’re not very perceptive if you don’t know why that kid in the video was doing what he was doing. This kid is auditing you. While his choice of location isn’t the place I would have gone, there needs to be more auditors like him and less of the cops like the First Lady and apparently you.
That kid and his audit of the police actually proved that there are some good supervisors out there.
None of that is my problem with your assessment.I agree with the supervisor not the female officer but he was filming inside someone’s personal bedrooms and harassing them. I literally told you already.Ok I’ll bite. Why exactly
I don’t care if he “audits” or not, he can waste his life doing any silly thing. But filming elderly people dressing and undressing in their rooms is wrong no matter his purpose. Are you ok with someone filming your wife or kids in their rooms? The facility has every right to ban him and seek legal recourse to protect their residents. He can be right technically on the law about the sidewalks and they can protect their people from this moronI literally told you already.
It was beyond obvious the kid was testing/auditing the Leo’s. His reasoning was to draw attention to potential police overreaction and/or proper enforcement. He actually did both with his video. The senior officer in the video recognized it. You on the other hand have called him a several names over multiple posts. None of which are close to accurate. I can come up with several reasons he’d be filming right where he was that doesn’t lead to the assumption that he’s a child molester.
Heck you even watched the video where it’s explained that he has a audit channel. And you still felt like he’s a danger to society.
the only people he’s a danger to is bad police work. You know.....those who operate on faulty assumptions
I have to say that if my mother was living there and some kid was filming in her window I’d have called the cops. I’d also have expected them to find out what he was up to. Now if I’m the cop that shows up and then have to deal with a kid just looking to be a pain in the ass..... I don’t know that I’d have much patience dealing with him. My guess is I’d have made him move along without putting much effort in discussing the law....I literally told you already.

There’s right and wrong....then there’s the law.I have to say that if my mother was living there and some kid was filming in her window I’d have called the cops. So he didn’t film inside elderly people’s bedrooms? Did the facility say it was ok for him to do so? You think that kind of perverse behavior is acceptable and it’s not. And the facility has every right to try to protect their residents
Ok and the facility is within every right to ban him from their property and get a court order to stop his harassment. Do you not agree that is their right?1- blinds were shut
2- filming through windows from a public space is legal
3- weather or not he was filming through windows is undetermined. And irrelevant as it would be legal behavior. Had he gone up too the windows and tried to film around the blinds that would be completely different in the eyes of the law.
But once again there are many legal reasons he could have been filming that have nothing to do with the speculation of the people who called the police.
As he never went on their property and isn’t likely to go on their property it’s irrelevant. They can ban anyone they like. It’s their property. They would be within their legal rights to attempt to get a restraining order if they like and he’d be within his rights to contest it if he wanted too. Harassment of the facility hasn’t been established, there’s only an accusation that may or may not be true. None of that is relevant to the assumptions of people like you being a major part of the problem.Ok and the facility is within every right to ban him from their property and get a court order to stop his harassment. Do you not agree that is their right?
Ok sorry you met a bad officer one time but that doesn’t change what I said. The “auditor/sovereign citizen” types always have some kind of mental illness or criminal background. This kid may have had the “legal” ability to film inside those people’s bedrooms but it’s still wrong and the facility has legal rights too and can keep him from doing soTrue story
I was in a car with a friend who stopped in front of a grocery store in the fire lane. He took the keys and went inside the store. I was learning on the hood of the car waiting. A police officer came up and told me to move the car. I told him it wasn’t my car, that I didn’t have the keys and wouldn’t blame him if he wrote my buddy a ticket. This officer took that as a challenge and got 2 inches from my chest and asked “you want to say some smart **** to me again big man” I stuck my hands in my pockets shifted backwards about 3 inches stared him in his eyes and said nothing. He kept saying a bunch of **** designed to make me angry or give him a reason to beat/arrest me. I of course said absolutely nothing. After a few minutes my buddy came out and got in the car. I slowly turned and opened the door. The cop said “I didn’t say you could leave “ I continued to ignore him like he didn’t exist and got in the car.
A lot of you Leo’s need to do better.
I’m not part of the problem. I can recognize people’s rights while also working within the law to prevent people from harassing othersAs he never went on their property and isn’t likely to go on their property it’s irrelevant. Right now you’re operating on flawed assumption.I’m not part of the problem. I can recognize people’s rights while also working within the law to prevent people from harassing others
