Wrong is wrong, DTH, and crime is crime. Some "criminal offenses", yes, are BS. But if there is gain through criminal enterprise, or harm to any party, whether individual or collective, then there is a "victim", and thus there is a crime.

I'm not nearly as smart as you. I know the law at a journeyman level, but I rely on the "Aunt Emma test" a lot. It has yet to fail me.

If Antifa is involved in a riot that harms property or results in the loss of life or limb, I don't think you will get much pushback from reasonable people that they are engaged in criminal activity.

Bradley Manning, Julian Assange or Edward Snowden exposing criminal activity by our govt isn't (or shouldn't be) criminal, either. No victim, other than the state having their corruption exposed.

So, I need some background. Just looking at the video, it appears that these cops were hiding on the side of the road looking for speeders when the car passed them. They caught up with the car and then pulled both people out. The story doesn't go into detail about the nature of the stop or what caused them to escalate it to a field search.

All we saw were cops getting water dumped on them. I would love to know the entire story behind that, because it appeared they were doing the walk of shame. Had they been in the right (or felt they were in the right), best believe the guns would have been coming out. I bet the cops were trying to break up some neighborhood kids from playing on the fire hydrant on a hot summers day, literally being the fun police, and the neighborhood folks weren't having any of it.

No doubt who's side you were on in Dallas. Didnt realize you could assault a cop if you dont agreecwith them arresting someone in your neighborhood.

Amazing minorities cry about cops when they are 20 times more likely to get shot and killed by their own. But you do you encouraging lawlessness and murder of government officials.

Cops being shot and cops being soaked with water are not in the same category.

Besides that their radios are well over $2000 dollars. You think they should just charge the taxpayers everytime a thug dumps water on them for a new radio?
This isn't England, they all needed arrested.

The reaction by most on the left to both instances was exactly the same.

How do you expect the black community to even improve when people refuse to accept hard truths like they can blame the cops all they want but they are 18 times more likely to be shot by another Male POC than a policeman.

Yet they and the Dems do nothing ex pet preach hatred and violence toward all officers when they act the same way down to protecting their own.

Why can't both be true? Blacks killing other blacks is indeed a problem along with cops killing/harrassing/fleecing civilians...
