Because you arrest people for exercising their own volition. You arrest and steal from people for crimes that have no victims. You ruin the lives of people who simply wish to be left alone. Nevermind the fact it’s all funded by taxation.

Ras I’m not shooting at you, nor do I wish to get into a what if situation argument. If you’re not in the situation you have to have all the facts before making judgement, most of the time. When you watch a video and draw a conclusion in 20 seconds I laugh, not at the situation, at the fact that I know that some poor bastard is fixing to work for weeks to figure out what happened in the 30 second video clip.

Do I personally take someone else’s immorality and ascribe it to myself? No. Was my investigation into a crook moral? Yes, I believe it was. Not hard to understand. His statement assumed that I would agree with his premise. I do not. A crook is a crook.

Again, we’re at the immoral means not leading to a moral end. Just because some politician declares something “illegal” doesn’t make it moral.
