The mum-of-two claimed the traffic officer touched her inappropriately during a stop and search, then waited near her home to pull her over again when she returned from work.
She was initially stopped on August 16 for not wearing a seatbelt while driving to her evening janitorial job.
Three hours later, she was returning from work in the same truck with her two children, aged eight and three, in the vehicle when she was stopped by the same officer for the second time.
Lloyd claimed Wilson's windows were overly tinted and that she was "all over the road", according to the lawsuit reported by WATE.
Prosecutors in Campbell County, Tennessee, on Monday cleared Lloyd of criminal wrongdoing during both stops.
Did you watch the dash cam video? Looked pretty innocuous to me. Minimally invasive search to me.

I watched the dashcam video. He stopped her for a seat belt violation. What probable cause did he have to do a body search and field sobriety check?
Then he pulls over the same car hours later for having dark tinted windows. Why didn't that draw his attention on the first stop?

That guy was creepy straight up. You need to watch the longer version of that same video. There was very little conversation before he asked her to exit the vehicle and proceeded to search her on the hood of his car. Then he proceeded to give her the longest eye test I've ever seen. The same cop pulls her over again the same day this time near her house. Stalker much?
I don't know if he had probable cause to stop her, he claimed she was swerving over the road. I watched the footage on the news. The news didn't play the whole thing but said They played the part that had the part that had the most physical contact. What I saw looked perfectly normal for a pat down. Didn't seem extreme at all. Again, I'm only talking about whether the physical contact was appropriate and to me it did. To judge whether he had justification requires speculation and I don't have enough information to draw any conclusion.
I agree with Coug. Watch the entire long version. He doesnt make any inappropriate comments, but something is definitely wrong with how long he has her. I think the wheels were spinning in his head about what he wanted to do with her. The THP admitted he didnt perform the stop the way troopers are trained to do. And what are your thoughts on the 2nd stop for tinted windows a few hours later?
There was no need for him to touch her. Id wager money this wasnt the first woman he has done this to.
Im in the same boat. My guess is he was taking his time in hopes that she would offer something in exchange for letting her go.When I mentally put my wife in that video...who is hotter than this chick...it makes me so mad my while head is red. Let me see somebody put their hands on my wife like that, especially when she is scared to tell him to stop due to his badge. I would like to kick his azz and that's not even my wife
Agree with this. I usually support the police in these threads, but my wife is a knockout, and if the same cop pulled her over twice and felt her up like that...I would kick his azz when he was off duty no matter the cost...and do everything I could to get him a desk job or fired. Nobody touches my wife but me. My daughter will be 10, looks just like her mom...same goes for her.
Problem is ***** cop would always be carrying off duty and there's about a 0% chance he would put the gun down and take a whipping like a man. Don't touch my girls. I will bury you

I watched the video again last night and evidently she was on "Inside Addition" Last night. I saw her interview. She maintains the inappropriate contact went on below the hood of the cruiser and out of camera view. That makes this a he said/she said situation. Also, if you watch her facial expression, she seems to be grinning which I thought was odd. Again, I'm not taking up for the cop. I do find it strange he stops her twice in the same day. He may be the biggest creep on the force but the video doesn't prove anything in my mind.
