No. Not always.
What is the point of constantly pointing this out? If most of the fault lies with the government party doing harm to somebody, then there is no reason to point this out in a politics forum. We are here to debate better government. Your point doesn't excuse the police and critcizing the civilian does nothing but deflect.

I consistently point this out because being a dumbass is hazardous to one's health and well being..... just like driving around with a busted tail light or selling loose cigarettes in front of a store that has repeatedly complained about ....sometimes the civilian is responsible, but you guys always jump on the cops without knowing the whole story.
Ras posted what the article says happened before Capt. Chaos opened up the can, but we didn't see it..... for all we know it may have been justified
we've also seen incidents that appeared as if the cops were in the wrong initially.....but once additional information or video from another angle was released .... the whole stories changed.
The cops aren't saints .... but everyone is quick to side against them
Go back into any of these two "Protect and Serve" threads and find me one case that was justified and I could find two more that were completely unjustified.
I didn't argue that bro....you and the other cop haters more quickly form a biased conclusion than I do. Do you not?
Since you choose to give the cops the benefit of doubt most of the time, should I call you a citizen hater in the same way you called me a cop hater for initially siding with the citizen? Is me taking the side of the citizen over that of a cop a bad thing? Some of you choose to side with the cops the majority of the time. I choose to side with the citizens.

Serious question Carl...
Let's take the exact same video, start it at the exact same moment, but only switch the roles. In this hypothetical video it's the black kid that attacks a uniformed officer in the exact same way.
Is your automatic response gonna be
"Well I'd really like see happened leading up to this. There's a good chance that cop was acting like a ass and had it coming."
