Cops, don't give me this duty bound nonsense. You all have a duty and an oath to uphold the US Constitution. You all should not be enforcing laws that violate our rights... no matter what the legislation says. If you all wont do it, then the only non-violent alternative left is jury nullification any time one of these cases is tried, which is of little use if they have already taken your blood.

Almost nothing in your post is accurate or reflective of the real world.
1. Cops are duty bound to enforce laws as written. They are not the interpreters of the constitution and its effect on said laws.
2. Jury nullification isn't the answer. Jury nullification changes nothing other than the outcome of a particular case. Challenging the constitutionality of the law is the mechanism by which unconstitutional laws are removed. Or voting in legislators that will remove or change the law.
