Charles Fant, now in his fifth year as the head coach of Notre Dame High School in Chattanooga, Tenn., has seen his fair share of talent throughout his coaching career. But when he saw receiver Cameron Wynn for the first time, he knew he had something truly special.

“I remember one week he caught like a little 5-yard pass, it was literally down here on the sideline,” Fant said. “He made one little move and it was like a 40-yard touchdown. When you watch the film, most people would’ve been like, ‘Oh, OK, the guy just made a bad angle.’ But no, the guy was in perfect angle and he made such a quick move it made it look like child’s play. That’s when we knew, he has a chance to be pretty good. He was a freshman.”

With the names mentioned for head coach, I expect a lot more. Recruits know Tennessee isn't serious about winning.

IMO we can't let this be another Vonn Bell situation. Vols need to get Wynn for future recruiting in the Chattanooga area where I think you'll start to see more high profile recruits start popping up over the next 4 to 6 years.

Idk I think this is one the staff won't put much pressure on. Staff will go for the top 2019 guys and let others go

Someone fix the thread title please.

Also, hasn't been any word on the staff reaching out to him that I've seen. Several more talented in state guys available. Let alone out of state.

PruittEra is fishing in a different pond.

This kid is still on the radar. Had 3 TDs in his first game vs. CAK. Still talks to Pruitt. Has been very quiet and handling his recruitment quietly and maturely. Would love to land him if there's a spot. Seems so far like he's having a good season for ND.
