This is why I think the people who think Dabo to be the guy after Saban is a done deal are crackheads...... I think Dabo will definitely listen to them, but Bama would literally have to offer him money that Clemson can't just to even get him to the table. Dabo has one of the easiest ways to the playoff every year.... While Bama offers a pretty comfy route to playoff, its not easier than what he has. Add in the fact that Clemson would literally have a drop off like Bama would post Saban, they will be desperate to keep him. My guess is Dabo winds up with something like a 50% pay increase when time comes for Bama to call when Saban is done.

Knowing Kiffin's luck, he prolly winds up with the job after Saban.

Yeah keep telling yourself that. Portions of this fan base are just insufferable. Most of VN logic is beyond retarded. Like I said if Milton would have lit up BG, some fans would have complained one way or another. You can spin it however you want, but this fan base is full of fans that exemplify unrealistic and illogical. It’s one of the reasons why most other fan bases laugh at us and think we are jokes.

Yes Harrison Bailey had INSANE stats in High School. Once you step foot on campus all those stats DO NOT MATTER. You have to develop to read college defenses and run college football offenses that are wayy more complex than what you ran in highschool. Some guys come in and get it right away. Other guys come in and its like trying to drink from a firehose. Every player is gonna develop at their own pace. Bailey played in some games last year and looked OK at best. During the spring game he looked GREAT against scout team defense. Once he was put in with the 1s he was mediocre and didnt impress anymore. He has not performed aswell in fall camp as the other two. Thats just the cold hard fact. Lets look back to when pruitt first got here. Chaney and Pruitt tried getting Haynes King. Why do you think that is? If they thought they had their guy why would they try to go get another stud high school Qb? These coaches see things every day that WE DO NOT. I get some of you have the highest hopes for Bailey. Hell some of you have watched him since PeeWee football and thats ok. But to flat out say "This coaching staff needs to play Bailey before he transfers" is a bit overboard. We should listen and be patient with him and this staff. They know what they are doing. They havent had a failure at QB at any stop they have been to. Can we please wait and see how this stuff turns out before writing this QB and coaching staff off?

I don't remember reading anything that said HB was the starter, but I could be mistaken. If I remember correctly, when he first took the field in the spring game he was with the backups - there's a reason his TD's were to Jancek.

I know. At the end of the spring, in the Orange & White game, Harrison Bailey was not the starter. Hooker took the first snaps in that game, indicating that he was the first team quarterback.

That is the only indicator that we had.

Now, you may believe that Bailey performed the best in that game, but I have yet to see any quotes, articles, or documentation where our staff said HB was the starter after the spring.

Other fan bases laugh at us and think we are jokes because our team and our quarterback play have been jokes. I think they our fans complained about JG fairly - and were pulling their collective hair out that Pruitt kept running him out there.

Yeah it’s not the fact that we hire and fire coaches every 3 years. It’s not that our fan base caused such an uproar that kept a coach from being hired. It’s got nothing to do with the “we are TN and this should never happen”.

You must not watch YouTube channels of rival teams or have many friends or family that are rival fans. This fan base is mocked heavily. Yes the QB and overall team play is mocked but we are thought of as one of the dumbest fan bases for a reason. And posts in this thread and others prove that.
