Pretty soon, none of us will have any reason to go to any other forum. I'm sure Freak will love that. We've pretty much moved all the necessary forums into the zone.
Soon he will have to make an entire zone forum, with sub-zone forums for each sport and off-topic zone discussion.
Anyway, I do a 4 day a week lift routine. Chest Mondays, Back/Shoulders Tuesdays, Legs Wednesdays and Arms Thursdays. Sometimes cardio Fridays. Rest and get drunk on the weekend. Repeat.
I work ten hr rotating shifts and im cheap. A lot easier for me to work out from home and Ive never been in better shape.
