Same. Started running again. Two days ago, did full legs workout then did two miles in sixteen minutes. Couldn't walk yesterday, finally got the strength to go do a shoulders workout last night, then jogged another two miles in twenty some odd. Scared to go downstairs.
 
Get some HCG. As I understand it, it boosts your body's ability to produce testosterone. That's what a bunch of baseball players were getting busted for. They'd take it when coming off a cycle so they didn't get ***** tits.

Hcg pretty much boosts tests automatically but it helps to use nolvadex or clomid to block estrogen & help with test production also.

Dorian Yates is a god. Great training program I've been doing for the past 3 weeks. The tutorials are great, and he cuts out all the bullshiz in between sets. A video for a 30 minute routine is edited into 9 minutes. Yates knew his stuff, and was principled. Interestingly he prefers decline over flat. He has good reasoning:

I alternate decline between press and flys every chest workout.

Yeah, I was due to hit back and bi's yesterday but had to skip it due to the jelly legs. I feel a little better today. I've been getting all my lifting in on 3 days. Other days I've been doing cardio or Insanity.
 
I like the p90x cardio dvds too. Ran/walked 3 miles with sprints yesterday and did abs. Off day today. Doing all the push muscles tomorrow.
 
Gonna be at the Olympia Expo on Thursday. Should be cool. Would love to meet Centopani and Greene and see them in person. We'll see.
 
Cool. I wanted to go out to Vegas to see everything in person once. I haven't made it out there. If you don't care can you report back what you think about the weekend. I would like to get your impression if you don't mind.

No problem. I hope I have cool stuff to report. From what I've heard at the expo, you pay about $20 to get in, you meet a bunch of bodybuilders, and walk away with well over $20 worth of free supplements.

Govols\cc is pretty cool & a decent poster but ive come to discover he is not very reliable when it comes to working out.

So the Expo was great. $20 to get in. We spent about 3 hours there. I met Evan Centopani, Kevin English, Lou Ferrigno and a lot of other cool people. Evan Centopani was really cool. He kept the conversation up as much as I did. Will post pics when I get back from Vegas tomorrow. Still recovering from club-hopping on a party bus last night.
 
Oh, also I didn't get as many take-home supplements as I thought I would, but I got a bunch of cool SWAG. My cousin was with me and he's not really into the sport, and he's a little guy like 145 lbs. He was doing shots of free samples left and right. He would've been OK if it was all protein, but a lot of it was PWO. He was off the walls wired. Pretty funny.
 
What do you all think about sex before lifting? Help, hurt, or no difference?
