Dorian Yates is a god. Great training program I've been doing for the past 3 weeks. The tutorials are great, and he cuts out all the bullshiz in between sets. A video for a 30 minute routine is edited into 9 minutes. Yates knew his stuff, and was principled. Interestingly he prefers decline over flat. He has good reasoning:

Same. Started running again. Two days ago, did full legs workout then did two miles in sixteen minutes. Couldn't walk yesterday, finally got the strength to go do a shoulders workout last night, then jogged another two miles in twenty some odd. Scared to go downstairs.
