Weighed in at 207.5 for football camp this year.
Thought we were going to rep out on 225 in the bench, but we didn't.
They wanted us to do 2-5 reps of the most weight we can. Didn't make much sense to me, but it went alright. I did 315 pounds 6 times. Felt pretty good about that.
Thanks to everybody who gave me all these tips over the summer about gaining weight and stuff. I'll probably be asking more as the season goes on.

I hope you're joking or you would sound really dumb. No type of protein will cause that. Soy would only be a substitute for whey if you're lactose intolerant or something. Casein is taken before bed because it digests slower than other protein supplements. Most of your protein intake should be from FOOD not a shake anyway. As for your statement if you were serious even steroids don't cause your dick to shrink but can cause gyno (***** tits) but is usually not likely. The only thing that shrinks is your balls because your body stops producing it's natural testosterone.
