The Walking Dead

I think that it was not Carol that killed the sick people. I think it was the creepy girl who headshot the lesbian girlfriend. Carol had just showed her how to stab her father in the head when he died and gave her the pep talk about being tough. She takes it to heart and kills the sick people. Carol discovers the scene, helps dispose of the bodies and confesses to it to cover for the girl.

Now creepy headshot girl is traveling with Tyrese and I predict that they will run across Carol first. Carol assumes Rick told Tyrese that she did it, apologizes and tension ensues. Creepy headshot girl then confesses to the deed to keep Tyrese from killing Carol.

Just my crazy theory.

I thought this exact same thing. Good call.

I like this theory a lot and see it as extremely plausible.

I also think Judith is still alive and was grabbed by someone. I understand that there was blood in the carrier, but I don't think it is supposed to mean that she died, I think it's open to interpretation.

I think that they would have shown the baby get surrounded, or made it less ambiguous, if we were supposed to understand that she died. You don't just "btw, baby got ate" that kind of thing on a show like this.

They left it open-ended because she's obviously alive. They'll do a flashback to someone saving the baby or something.

What if the little psycho girl that meets up with Tyrese has the baby? Then Carol is all like "Crazy girl! I know you killed two people, and you got a baby! That ain't cool!"

I can totally see that happening line for line. Carol is so edgy.

baby vs crazy girl vs tyrese vs carol (vs zombies)

There is one obvious hole in the crazy girl theory. She's way too small to have dragged two grown adult bodies outside to burn them

I think Carol just did it straight up.

I also think Judith is gone but who knows.

I've had two zombie apocalypse nightmares/dreams in the past two weeks. I'm in too deep!

That's awesome! :)

What do you all think would be a good zombie apocalypse shelter/home to live in?

Also, could you imagine Green Arrow in a zombie apocalypse? :)

I've had reoccurring zombie dreams for years. Long before TWD. Sometimes they are scary and other times the zombies are just kind of in the background.

I had a dream once where me and this girl I was dating were in an abandoned house fighting zombies. After we killed them all we started having sex, halfway through she screams zombie! and shoots me in the face. I woke up thinking wtf was that. Lol

She thought you were dead in the sack. Like a dead fish. :)

I've never had the zombie dream and the sex dream overlap. Not sure I'd want to.

When I was in Knoxville I was confident that an instant retreat to the App Mtns would be a great go-to. Shots would echo off the mountains so they would never know the origin, you could see them coming, you could keep an eye out over several miles. Not to mention tons of cover.

After the initial zombie rush you could go to wherever you thought was good.

Now that I'm in Nashville I really have no idea. I guess I would do something similar with the hills around Nashville and hope for the best.

If the kids have the baby and Carol ends up being the mother to all of them I'd have to imagine that could be seen as pretty damn redeeming in a lot of eyes. Could lead to a real showdown with Tyreese on the issue. (all of this assuming the group reassembles along those lines of course)

As a man who grew up and owns land in the Cumberland plateau I can say its about as safe as you can get. The only zombies to deal with would be the ones there already, which is not a high number of people. Plus the large number of wild animals (assuming virus is humans only) would take out a lot of them. Freezing cold and 90+ degree summers would as well, on top of the natural defenses of the forests, mountains, windy roads, rivers, etc.

We forget that these stories only have zombies last so long as a plot device, when real world laws are applied to a virus/infection like this, they would nearly all be gone in less than a few weeks or months depending on the location and time of year.

Yup!

Could definitely outlast the undead in them hills.

Not to mention you'd have a pretty solid natural defense should people start roaming the land looking to be a-holes.

I have a recurring zombie dream where I'm in an outbreak and I have a gun, but when I go to shoot it turns into either an air rifle, or one of those guns with the suction cup arrows.

I woke up laughing one time when my headshot was just the arrow sticking to the forehead of a zombie, and the zombie had this "WTF" look on it.
