i am. They are lot stronger and able to last through the first couple of exercises of the 'Ab RipperX' (P90X's name for their ab workout). But visible wise, a little, not alot, so that will take more time. Also the workout helps strengthen my hip flexors, which i'm really weak on.
ya my hip flexers are awful. altho when i played ball i stretched all the time, i'm still one of the most non flexible ppl u'll ever meet. do you go to mtsu?
depends on what ur goal is, if u just want to be lean and ripped then no. if you wanna get huge then shred it then you shld bulk
