The VN workout thread!

i am. They are lot stronger and able to last through the first couple of exercises of the 'Ab RipperX' (P90X's name for their ab workout). But visible wise, a little, not alot, so that will take more time. Also the workout helps strengthen my hip flexors, which i'm really weak on.

ya my hip flexers are awful. altho when i played ball i stretched all the time, i'm still one of the most non flexible ppl u'll ever meet. do you go to mtsu?
 
Windy, they could probably lift you up with one hand, spin you around and you wouldn't know what hit you.
 
Mania, I've yet to hit that workout up. I was pretty sick all of December, and I'm going to hit it up next week. Right now, I'm 5'11 185, you still think I should bulk?
 
depends on what ur goal is, if u just want to be lean and ripped then no. if you wanna get huge then shred it then you shld bulk

I went to ITT in Nasville for I.T. which is probably the worst decision. Computers don't seem to be my thing anymore...I'm thinking of going to Motlow.

Long term goals are about 190-195 at 9-10%. I know I will need to do some serious bulking to get that. By summer, I just want to be cut. If I start cutting now, I think I'll be good by April.
