so guys, do you know what i'm talking about when i'm saying skinny but with belly button fat? that's literally the only place i'm fat. does this require an illustration for your advice? i can probably find something similar to my situation in google images.

yes i knw what you are talking about, that's all i have right now myself. it's a pain in the arse to get off. if you want to send a pic of urself then hey we are ready to recieve

my diet isn't bad, is it? there has to be some way to do this without having to eat six times a day. i usually do that on the weekends, naturally, but i just can't work it into my schedule. a minimum of 3 days a week i am in drafting sessions with a client 10-15 hours a day. it's just not realistic.
There's got to be some way. I also have an unbelievably hectic work day, and can still manage to get snacks in.

I know exactly what you mean. Your stress level from work probably doesn't help much. Anything to give you a laid back attitude will help. As for working out, a 5-minute core workout twice a day usually works best. Especially in the morning. Core is the one area of your body that can't really be overworked.

nope, no way, at least not on drafting session days. i'm in a meeting room, suited up, with a bunch of guys who probably wipe their butts with 1,000 dollar bills. we're in there all day, no breaks. lunch and dinner are catered, so you don't have much choice as to what you eat. the only good news is there's plenty of green tea, which stimulates digestion.

yes, i've heard about this core workout stuff. may give it a try in the mornings.

You have a girly belly pooch...... that is something you will live with forever.........

back in my day you could tell a woman was female with the lights off, now they feel they arent sexy unless they look like bulked up 15 year old boys. Geez guys I don't say she has to be Oprah size but some boobage and hipage is awesome.

ironically, the woman in your avatar, save for the ginormous boobs, is exactly what you describe above. slender and very toned. look at her abs. she's got a six pack!
