back in my day you could tell a woman was female with the lights off, now they feel they arent sexy unless they look like bulked up 15 year old boys. Geez guys I don't say she has to be Oprah size but some boobage and hipage is awesome.

Built for comfort not speed I say.

I workout about 3 days a week.

I used to be hardcore about it, but I just don't have the time to do it like I used to.

Obviously, our weight has a lot to do with genetics. I was 130lbs before I gave birth to my son 16 years ago. I'm lucky if I can get back up to 130lbs now, stress has taken over my life. You hit 40 and your body changes, at least for me it did.

Im going to brag on myself. I was about 195 at 6ft even and now Im about 170 and in the process of putting on some "muscle" weight. Im lean and almost have that six pack I want.

Playing Basketball and running 3 or 4 times a week helped me a lot. Anyone looking to shed about 10 or 15 pounds should do something active if only for an hour a day if you can. Choose something that is fun.

Iv been playing pick up basketball on campus for my running and then going to the gym for some weight training... already seeing results just need to be more religious with my work out

Just did an hour and a half of rock climbing today. Fan-freaking-tastic exercise.

Rock Climbing is serious exercise. Works muscles in your arms and legs that are extremely difficult to workout any other way. I miss having a climbing wall nearby.

I need to start a weight program, but right now I'm running anywhere from 3-5 miles on Mon, Wed and Fri and on Tues, Thurs and Sat I ran 10 consecutive 100m sprints. The sprints are ten times harder than the long runs. But then again, I've been long distance running for quite some time.

Just saw a friend of a friend's picture on facebook and commented to our mutual friend about how ridiculous her body was. Apparently she does pole dancing for excercise. Has a regular job, doesn't do it for money.

Man, I gotta find me a class!

i can't run long distance due to my knees. sad really i'm 25, thanks bball, but i do the elliptical for 20-30 mins, then walk on the mill on a steep incline for another 15-20. then my knee is on fire, but hey least i burn the calories

Knees are fine (Knock on wood). Even at plus 40 now. Doing Disney Marathon in January and Half Iron Man in May. I have to get serious on the swimming. Going to join LA Fitness this week.

i don't have a medial meniscus in my left knee, and my right knee the medial meniscus is torn. o well screw getting it fixed, i'm not wanting to go thru rehab again. i had 2 surgeries on the left one. the first one they tried to repair it, out 5 months, pretty bad pain, came back for 2 wks and tore it in practice. i knew it when it happened. finished out practice told the coach, we went got an mri and i was right. i tore it all the way thru, went to UAB to get it trimmed, and the doc said when they went in it was torn all the way thru and it was deteriated pretty bad so they removed it. good times good times. altho the second surgery was awesome, i felt great when i woke up
