This is all well and good but Venezuela isn't even close to the big problem in our hemisphere when it comes to drugs.

If this actually leads to more stability it will be the first time in a long time.

Correct. While Trump is awful in his messaging, there is a lot to clean up in this hemisphere.

I just wish he’d come out and says we indicted him years ago, Biden upped the bounty, and we decided enough is enough and went in and got him. Long live Venezuela

As for Maduro, I don't see how this could have happened without someone very close to him providing active intelligence. He was likely betrayed big time.

Rare thing for me to say, but, nice work Trump. In this case, I think the ends justify the means. Maduro was a dirtbag who rigged elections and remains an enemy of our State.

Now... will the people of Venezuela topple the current government. This is where things get thorny.

Targeting installations to render them useless is not an act of war.

Going in and executing a warrant arrest and the leaving is not an invasion.

The idea that we are “bombing” Venezuela is silly.

Nuking Hugo Chavez’s museum and remains was a nice touch.

Very impressive operation. It definitely puts the world on notice in terms of what our military is capable of.

I just hope no civilians were harmed and there are no bad unforeseen effects of doing something like this.

Also a good thing people aren’t talking about enough is law enforcement (FBI/DEA) were involved in this operation. That means they go thru the judicial system and Maduro isn’t getting shipped to Gitmo

Iran has largely tried to peddle influence in Latin America….

The idea that this isn’t a blow to either of those regimes is silly.

You realize people work at these museum's, Moms, Dads, perhaps their children were there. Hope not. We aren't the police, we are just a Country. There are International laws that we agree too.

Rumps tiny brain is incapable of feeling empathy, and, caring about anyone outside of himself.
