I think the big ones are, Chevron, China National Petroleum and Sinopec from what I can gather. I would assume all of them are effectively obsolete at the moment as the U.S. is taking all the oil. The Chinese companies are owed $10b I guess. Trump is saying there is no international law that he has to follow -- at this point the U.S. is the biggest pirate in the world. If law does not apply, how could there be an enforceable agreement? My guess is another stupid stunt, like the Exxon backfire where he gets some oil executive to talk about all the money they're going to pour into there.
If all your trading partners keep losing all their money, and Trump is making sure foreign investors lose money by theft than what incentive does anyone have? They don't, Exxon was right.
