Looks like VCU put up 92 while holding California (Pa) to 43, in their one exhibition. Their leading scorer had 20 but 18 came by way of the 3 ball. UT usually has trouble finding shooters for some reason. So for this guy for a relation memory technique they should think of the movie Life. Dudes name is "eeny meeny miny Melvin"! Johnson

There are no actual PGs on the roster besides injured Brandon Lopez and ineligible Braxton Bonds. So JRich is the best guy for the job. Kevin Punter seems startled when he plays, Ian Chiles looked good in limited minutes.

You made me want to look up his numbers. He had 1 assist 1 steal and 1 defensive rebound in only 8 minutes. That's pretty good. IMO

I've been saying I think he has a bigger role this year than most are expecting. Injury aside he may just be a gamer and not much for practice.

The people saying we can beat VCU and we wont be that bad this year are going to be the same people calling for DTs head 15 games in.

2 more days till bball time in Tennessee!!! Can't wait.

I wanna see us jump out to a quick start to give our guys confidence. Really hoping that press has continued to improve since the last exhibition and I also think we need to shoot the 3 ball well otherwise this could be q long game.

Just a word of advice, for some, it gets ugly on here quickly at players and coaches when they struggle. Others prefer to discuss the game, coaching and players and try to be objective as to what is seen.
If Friday night is bad, the drunk and angry ones are the worst and will turn, so you will need to ignore a bit and realize most like that couldnt get a ball to the rim from the ft line.

I like Moore off the bench. Instant energy. If he starts and we start flat, we don't bring that burst off the bench and he'll be in quickly anyway.

Agreed but don't you want your best 5 out there,no knock on Reese but Moore is just better
