The VCU Game

It's really hard to play against any press without a true PG. I'm not sure people realize this. I love Richardson, but he isn't a PG.

It could go either way. You break a press by ball movement and ballhandling. We have several that can handle the ball. Would be great to have a great ballhandling pg, but if you rely on that pg to break the press everytime, the opponent is going to take that away. Then what happens when your pg gets the inbounds pass but is trapped and/or doesn't get the ball back?

Kentucky's bigs are probably on a level that hasn't been seen in college basketball.

Shaquille Oneal (1st pick in draft) and Stanley Roberts (23rd pick in draft) - LSU
Sam Bowie (2nd pick in draft) and Melvin Turpin (6th pick in draft) - KY

You think they're better than these pairs? Not arguing, just asking.

AD I'd agree with. TJ was flashy, but way too inconsistent.

Imo, it breaks down like this:

AD>WCS>ML>KAT>TJ>TL Low post Defense.

AD>WCS>ML>TJ>KAT>TL On-ball Defense.

AD>KAT>TJ>TL>WCS>ML Low Post Offense.

KAT>TL>AD>TJ>WCS>ML Mid range.

TL>KAT>TJ>AD>ML>WCS Long range.
