The Wii Fit says I should weigh 136lb:no:
I am a solid 160 lbs. I can't ever see me under 150. I haven't seen an adult yet that it hasn't told them that they weren't overweight. It asked my wife what she thought the reason was for her recent weight gain. Pregnancy wasn't an option.:eek:lol:
 
I eat Zone 1 bars after I workout and sometimes just for a snack. They actually taste pretty good. 12 g of protein and 180 calories.

I like the Snickers version too. Crazy is right. They are much better.

I did do 4 miles at lunch. Starting to get my legs and lungs back. Did all 4 straight. Not bad considering I'm carrying around an extra 15 to 20 pounds.
 
due to my stomach issues i have to be careful what i eat. can't eat or drink protein bars/shakes. i have to steam my veggies, gotta be careful w/ rice, which right now i'm not eating because i'm trying to get to lean up a little bit more. no grease, nothing fried, i'm lactose, nothing w/ sugar, or caffine or i'll b sicker than a dog. so having the problem helps w/ me achieving my goals.

I don't think I could do 4 miles at the moment. I haven't been running alot but I have been getting a decent workout. I've got a 10k the first week in April. My goal is under an hr. 55 min would be nice.

My best time on. 10k is about 57 mins which was about 3 years ago.
