i've been up since 6....one venti decaff coffee with soy milk and splenda....and two pieces of gum.

I eat Zone 1 bars after I workout and sometimes just for a snack. They actually taste pretty good. 12 g of protein and 180 calories.

I thought about doing it for a month(or whatever 1 order covers) just to see if I could drop another 5 lbs. My wife might try it after Chance gets here and I might do the first order with her.
