The Runner's thread

5 miles tonight. 7:55 pace. Started out great and hit a wall about three miles in and couldn't get passed it. First three splits were 7:42, 7:37 and 7:39 and it just went down hill from there.
 
3 miles today. it's time to get back into marathon shape. I'm happy enough to score in the mid 90s on a PT test run, I'd rather focus on a running a sub four hour marathon. If that displeases you DS Yankee, my sincerest apologies.
 
I'm shooting for 4 or under on my first full in November. As long as you score at least 90 in each event, you're ok in my book.
 
Just took time off. I had been running every other day since June 3. Also my sons' soccer practices started about the same time. I am coaching both teams.
 
3 last night in 22:32. Felt good out yesterday. Weekly total 10. Going to try and shoot for 8 on Saturday after work. We will see how that goes.
 
1.58 today. 30/60s

3.1 Friday. I didn't even track it. It was a formation run somewhere around 10:00/mile
 
Does a twelve mile ruck with 45 lbs in 2 hours, 45 minutes get to count in this thread? Twelve miles to honor today's importance. Never forgotten...
