5 miles tonight. 7:55 pace. Started out great and hit a wall about three miles in and couldn't get passed it. First three splits were 7:42, 7:37 and 7:39 and it just went down hill from there.
3 miles today. it's time to get back into marathon shape. I'm happy enough to score in the mid 90s on a PT test run, I'd rather focus on a running a sub four hour marathon. If that displeases you DS Yankee, my sincerest apologies.
Just took time off. I had been running every other day since June 3. Also my sons' soccer practices started about the same time. I am coaching both teams.
