Go for it if you feel up to it. I personally have always found it's easier to add half miles to work up to that goal. Because if I don't, I won't make the distance I want and I will get discouraged. That being said, if you feel you can go to four, go for it. Only you know what you can handle.
10 minutes more and you got it. I bet you could run 5 miles if you wanted.
